  Since time immemorial, the future of every country is guaranteed by its youth. it is imperative to train and equip the youth with important skill-set. in the recent memory, the countries that emerged out of poverty, achieved such milestone through intensive development of their youth. in the late 1960s, most Asian countries like China , Vietnam , South Korea lived under extreme poverty, however since then, they have made incredible strides. They achieved such milestone, due to their investment in training and educating their youth. As of 2026, those Asian countries are world leading in almost all industries including strategic ones.     In everyone's life, there is time we run to our excuses to exempt ourselves from responsibilities. It makes us feel like we are not responsible for the concerned specific events. However excuses destroy our development and progress due to our complacency and comfort zone. Instead of taking on or face challenges head on, the excuses give us a way out. On the contrary if we act on those activities, we grow our skill set as we learn to polish our  ways of doing things and become better people in the process. Most of the time, we find ourselves saying " I am not rich because i grew up without parents or my parents are not rich. However, there are a lot of people out there in the world who are well of due to their hard-work not because of their parents or siblings . Football players switching country alligiance controversy!!!

     Football as a game brings together people, families and countries. International football was established in the early 20th century and it is governed by Federation International de Football Association (FIFA) . Players are key integral part of football. players decides to represent countries because of their cultural connections, birth place and parents background or their heritage. Currently as things stands, players are allowed to switch countries only when they played only 3 competitive matches before the age of 21. those matches do not include world cup, intercontinental matches or friendlies. the new rules entail that players can switch their country representative after not representing one for a long time.
